Rules and regulations for video contest

1. Void where prohibited
2. Must be at least 18 years old to enter
3. Contest begins February 15th, 2010
4. Last day to enter a video is March 28, 2010
5. The winning video will be chosen April 1, 2010 by J. David Jewelry
6. All entries will receive a $250 gift certificate toward the purchase of any diamond from J. David Jewelry
7. You may enter as many videos as you would like but only one gift certificate per person will be given
8. Videos must be at least 30 seconds long but no more than 4:00 long
9. The three videos with the most views on YouTube will be finalists. The winner will be chosen from these finalists.
10. Once the video is submitted, it becomes the property of J. David Jewelry. By submitting any photo or information to J. David Jewelry, you hereby grant to J. David Jewelry an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition to other things, the rights granted to J. David Jewelry is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted video.
11. Contest is limited to Oklahoma residents
12. Gift certificate has no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash
13. J. David Jewelry reserves the right to alter the rules of the contest at any time.
